杭州金刚慧行科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"CanaSpeak"）尊重并保护所有相声（CanaSpeak）用户的个人隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护你的个人信息，以及你享有的相关权利。

Hangzhou Jingang Huixing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" / "CanaSpeak") respects the privacy of every user. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, and what rights you have.

1. 适用法律 Applicable law

本政策依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、《中华人民共和国数据安全法》及相关法律法规制定。

This policy is drafted in accordance with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law and related regulations.

2. 我们收集的信息 Information we collect

2.1 你主动提供的

• 账户信息：用户名、密码哈希（不存明文）；如果你选择微信扫码登录，我们仅接收微信开放平台返回的 openid、unionid、昵称、头像（不接收手机号、邮箱，除非你额外授权）。
• Account: username, password hash (never plaintext); if you log in with WeChat, we only receive openid/unionid/nickname/avatar from WeChat Open Platform.
• 对话内容：你与 AI 教师的文字与语音对话、口语录音、纠错记录、CEFR 评估、间隔重复卡片。
• Dialogue: text/voice exchanges with the AI tutor, voice recordings, correction logs, CEFR estimates, spaced-repetition cards.
• 反馈：你主动提交的产品反馈、问题报告。
• Feedback: any product feedback or bug reports you actively submit.

2.2 自动收集的

• 设备信息：浏览器类型与版本、操作系统、视口尺寸、PWA 是否已安装。
• Device: browser type and version, OS, viewport, whether installed as PWA.
• 访问日志：访问时间、请求 URL、来源 IP（用于安全审计与故障排查，nginx 默认 access log，最长保留 30 天）。
• Access log: timestamps, request URL, source IP (security audit + ops, kept ≤ 30 days).
• 性能数据：客户端请求延迟、错误率（聚合分析，不与个人账号关联）。
• Performance: client-side latency and error rates (aggregated, not linked to identity).

3. 我们如何使用这些信息 How we use it

• 提供产品核心功能（AI 教师对话、ASR 转写、发音评分、间隔重复调度）。
• 改进产品质量（错误诊断、性能优化）。
• 保障安全（认证、防滥用、合规审计）。
• 履行法律义务（应监管或司法要求配合）。

我们不会将你的对话内容用于训练第三方大模型，也不会出售你的个人信息。

We do not use your dialogue content to train third-party LLMs, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. 数据存储位置 Where data is stored

• 客户端本地（IndexedDB / Dexie）：对话历史、SRS 卡片首选存于你设备本地，离线可访问。
• Client-side (IndexedDB): dialogue history and SRS cards live on your device for offline access.
• 服务端：阿里云 ECS（杭州区域）—— 仅留账号信息、错误日志、性能指标。
• Server: Aliyun ECS (Hangzhou region) — only account info, error logs, performance metrics.
• AI 推理：DGX Spark 本地推理节点（位于运营方办公场所），语音和文本仅在推理瞬间通过加密通道传输，不长期落盘。
• Inference: on-premises DGX Spark (operator office); voice/text transit through encrypted tunnels and are not persisted at the inference layer.

5. 第三方服务 Third-party services

当前闭测期间，我们使用以下第三方服务：

• 阿里云（Aliyun）：服务器托管。
• 微信开放平台（Tencent / open.weixin.qq.com）：扫码登录身份验证（公测启用后）。
• Let's Encrypt：HTTPS 证书签发。

我们已与上述第三方签订数据处理协议或遵守其公开的服务条款，仅在为提供本产品所必需的范围内共享数据。

6. 你享有的权利 Your rights

依据 PIPL，你享有以下权利，可通过文末邮箱联系我们行使：

• 查询权：查询我们持有的与你相关的个人信息。
• 更正权：对错误或过期信息请求更正。
• 删除权：申请删除账户和关联数据。
• 导出权：以结构化格式导出你的对话历史与 SRS 卡片。
• 撤回授权：撤回此前给予的同意。
• 投诉权：向网信办或所在地市场监督部门投诉。

Per PIPL: rights to access, rectify, delete, export, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with the Cyberspace Administration or local market regulators.

7. 数据保留期 Retention

• 账户基本信息：账户存续期间。
• 对话历史：本地无限期；服务端不存档。
• nginx access log：30 天滚动。
• 错误诊断日志：90 天滚动。
• 注销账户：30 天内删除可识别身份的所有服务端数据；备份滚动到期后随之消失（最长 90 天）。

8. 未成年人保护 Minors

本服务面向年满 14 周岁的用户。如果你未满 14 周岁，请在父母或监护人陪同下使用，并请监护人代为同意本政策。

Service intended for users 14+. Younger users should use it under guardian supervision; guardians consent on their behalf.

9. 政策变更 Changes

本政策可能更新。重大变更（如收集范围扩大、第三方共享新增）将在变更生效前通过站内通知或邮件向你说明。当前版本与历史版本均可通过本页面查阅。
